Terms of Service & Agreements

In doing business with Lee Albrecht Studios, you agree to the following:

All costs of services will be paid in a maximum of two increments:

1. The Deposit: the deposit is non-refundable and 50% of total quoted cost of services. The deposit is due to HOLD YOUR DATE. Without the deposit, your date will not be held.

2. The Final Payment: the remaining 50% of total cost of services. This payment is due after services have been rendered, before the final (ex. WAV) file is delivered. The final payment includes 3 rounds of free revisions. This payment is due at maximum of 2 weeks after pre-revisions have been delivered.

Once final payment has been confirmed, artists will receive the final mastered file (ex. WAV File). Backtracks are provided upon request, however, stems are not included in the cost of mixing and mastering.

Timeframe for all services will be agreed upon in a verbal agreement.

Depending on artist behavior, additional costs could be incurred:

1. Fees due to abuse of studio property or excessive cleaning needed after a band has departed.

2. Excessive revisions to files (after 3 revisions, a $50 fee per revision will be charged). This may vary case by case.

3. Delayed or missed payment fee of $30 per day.

4. Stems can be purchased. Contact Lee Albrecht Studios directly for more information.

5. Dependent upon the involvement of the producer, royalties may need to be negotiated in a fixed or variable rate. Final negotiations will end when project ends.

All of this is agreed upon once a conversation is begun with Lee Albrecht Studios.
